College and Career Day / Counseling Appointments

Dinwiddie County Public Schools is hosting a College and Career Fair on
Thursday, May 29 starting at 4:30 PM at Dinwiddie High School.

Representatives from Virginia/regional colleges and universities, Trade Schools and branches of the military will be present. Registration required.

Rising Seniors - There will be a special session just for you at 6:15 PM to discuss important information in planning for your senior year. There will a scholarship drawing for students in attendance.

Dual Enrollment - There is a mandatory information session at 5:30 PM that parents and students must attend for any student planning to take Dual Enrollment classes next year and/or pursue an Associates Degree. An important discussion will take place about the benefits and challenges of taking Dual Enrollment classes while in High School.

Refreshments will be provided. Parents are encouraged to sign-up to bring in snacks.

School counselors will be meeting individually with students on June 3rd and 4th. Please view the sign up list and schedule a convenient time to meet.
